Phantomosaurus neubigi

Meet Phantomosaurus; a poorly known probable Cymbospondylid ichthyosaur known only from a damaged partial specimen. This restoration is based mostly on it's close relative Cymbospondylus. Like it, it may have been a slow cruising ambush predator of medium game. The single known specimen was a relatively large animal; about 6 meters (20 feet) in length.
